Payash brings a blend of scientific insight and commercial expertise to her position as Director of Business Development. She has extensive experience in marketing and business partnerships across drug discovery contract research, artificial intelligence, and academic sectors. Her connection to platelets began nearly a decade ago when she worked at Platelet Solutions, a University of Nottingham spin-out company.

Payash holds a Master’s in Biotechnology and Business Entrepreneurship from the University of Nottingham and is accredited as a Chartered Marketer. In her current role, she is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving the company’s growth.
